Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is received, it will be processed by our Online Orders Department. Our Shipping & Receiving Department will reach out to you by either telephone or email to confirm your order and set up delivery of your furniture. Three options are available: Curbside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, or Warehouse Pickup.
Free Curbside Shipping
Free Curbside Shipping is available to customers who spend more than $2,000, live in the lower 48 states, and are not located in the Phoenix Metro area. Order will be wrapped on a pallet and delivered curbside, not on a driveway or doorstep, to the delivery address. Curbside Shipping Service does not include setup or trash removal.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available for customers who spend more than $2,000. White Glove Delivery includes delivery of furniture to the addressee’s backyard/patio, furniture setup, and trash removal for residences with no more than one flight of stairs.
Warehouse Pick Up
You have the option to pick up your furniture from our Warehouse, located in Phoenix, Arizona. When our Shipping & Receiving Department contacts you to set up delivery of your furniture, please advise them that you would like to pick up your furniture from our Warehouse. When speaking with your representative, please let them know if you would like your items left in their boxes. Your representative will let you know when your furniture will be available for pick up. Please be aware that Paddy O’ Furniture cannot accept responsibility for damage to furniture or vehicles due to the loading and packing of non-delivered items. Paddy O’ Furniture will not provide tie-down service of any kind due to liability issues. You must bring your own tie-downs, bungee cords, and packing blankets to secure your purchase safely.
