Shipping & Delivery
There are four delivery and fulfillment options available depending on your order size and location: White Glove Delivery, Nationwide Curbside Delivery, Free Warehouse Pick-Up, and Standard Delivery (UPS/FedEx).
Important: Paddy O' Furniture does not offer old furniture removal or disposal. This service is not included with White Glove Delivery, Curbside Delivery, Standard Delivery, or Warehouse Pick-Up. White Glove Delivery includes assembly, placement of your new furniture, and removal of packaging materials only.
Delivery Options
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available for most orders. This service includes:

Delivery of your new furniture to your backyard or patio

Professional furniture assembly and placement

Removal of all packaging materials

Service for residences with no more than one flight of stairs
White Glove Delivery does not include the removal or disposal of existing furniture.
Your White Glove Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
Nationwide Curbside Delivery
Price Calculated at Checkout
Nationwide Curbside Delivery is available to customers located in the contiguous 48 states who are outside the Phoenix, Arizona and Nashville, Tennessee metro areas.
Your order will be securely wrapped on a pallet and delivered curbside. Freight carriers deliver to the curb only and do not move furniture into your home, garage, patio, or backyard.
This service does not include:

Removal or disposal of existing furniture
Your delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
Free Warehouse Pick-Up
You may pick up your furniture from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona by selecting Warehouse Pick-Up at checkout.
Please let your Paddy O' Furniture representative know if you would like your items to remain in their original packaging. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Please note:

Paddy O' Furniture is not responsible for damage to furniture or vehicles resulting from customer loading or transportation.

Due to liability, we cannot provide tie-down services.

Please bring your own tie-down straps, bungee cords, and moving blankets to safely transport your purchase.
Standard Delivery (UPS or FedEx)
Smaller orders that meet carrier size and weight requirements may be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Non-Local Shipping Process
If you are outside our local delivery areas, your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or a common freight carrier, depending on the size of your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date by email. Depending on the carrier, your shipment will either be delivered to your doorstep (parcel shipments) or a curbside location by scheduled appointment (freight shipments).
Local Delivery & Warehouse Pick-Up Process
After your order is received, it will be processed by our Online Orders Department. A member of our Shipping & Receiving team will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and coordinate your delivery or warehouse pickup.
