What is the weight limit for your furniture?

Different models have different weight capacities, so it's crucial to check the product details for the specific weight limit.

Does Paddy O' have designers that can come out and help design our space?

Absolutely! Our Exterior Design Guides can come out to your home for a complementary space planning session. We will bring along some color and styling samples so you can view them at your home. You can schedule an appointment here.

Do you sell off your showroom floor?

No, we do not sell furniture off our showroom floor. The primary purpose of a showroom is to display our full range of products, allowing customers to see, touch, and experience the furniture.

Do we get a discount for buying multiple pieces?

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing, and our prices are firm to ensure fairness to all our customers.

Do you give volume discounts?

We believe in clear, honest pricing. We don't offer discounts for buying more because we want to make sure our prices are always fair for every single customer, no matter how much they purchase. You can be confident you're getting the same competitive price as everyone else.

Do you offer financing? Anything longer than 12 months?

We understand that longer financing terms can be appealing for managing monthly budgets. Our current 12-month financing option is designed to offer 0% interest if paid in full within that period. This means you can get the furniture you love without incurring any additional cost, which is a significant savings.

What are your lead times?

We make every effort to have all the items on our showroom floors available for a timely delivery however with the popularity of our products, items may occasionally be on a waiting list. In the event of a waiting list our experienced Exterior Design Guides will work to create a personalized solution to meet your desired timeline. Due to the longevity of our heirloom quality furniture the majority of our clients decide that their first choice is well worth the wait.

Bliss Cushions

Are the cushions weatherproof?

Our famous Bliss Cushions utilize the world's best materials that are proven to stand up to all types of weather conditions. The fabric is treated with a proprietary barrier making the fabric waterproof, dust-proof, antimicrobial, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. Have a big rain storm? Simply grab a towel to dry off any loose water and your cushions are instantly ready to use. No more waiting days for the foam to dry.

Are Bliss Cushions waterproof?

Cushions made with Sunbrella fabric along with most outdoor cushions have only a water resistant top coat that wears off after a short period of time. The fabric will allow water to seep through to the foam core which can stay wet for days after a storm. On the other hand our Bliss cushion is constructed with a proprietary waterproof fabric that keeps the core of your cushion clean and dry.

Are the Bliss Cushions comfortable?

Yes! The bliss cushion is specifically designed to maximize comfort for people of all shapes and sizes. Our on-of-a-kind dacron bag helps keep the core of the cushion stabilized for years to come; no more sagging cushions. Our high back cushions even feature an extra foam core to support your neck.

Are Bliss Cushion covers machine washable?

The Bliss Cushion is easy to clean so it is not necessary to machine wash your cushion covers. Re-stuffing the Bliss Cushion without proper equipment is complex, therefore the covers should not be removed.

How do I maintain & clean Bliss Cushions?

Monthly maintenance of removing loose dirt with a leaf blower, vaccum or damp cloth will preserve the beauty and performance of your Bliss Cushions.

Seasonally perform a deep cleaning by doing a thorough rinse to remove all loose dirt. Combine 1/2 cup of dish soap and a few tablespoons of white vinegar in warm water. Use a soft brush so as not to disturb the fabric texture. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly. After going through the cleaning instructions, allow the cushions to air dry. Do Bliss Cushions get hot?

The Bliss Cushions are designed to stay as cool as possible by allowing the core to vent out the bottom of the seat and back. While in direct sun they will be hot at first they will quickly adapt to your body temperature.

Can I purchase replacement cushions?

Yes, unlike the big box stores you can count on us to have replacement cushions available for all of our collections. All of our cushions are sold separately. If you purchased your furniture elsewhere the dimensions of each of our cushions can be found on the product page.

Do I need to cover my cushions if they are water, stain & fade resistant?

Yes, protective covers extend the life of your furniture. Covers keep your furniture ready to use and reduce the time you'll spend maintaining and cleaning your furniture.

Can I get custom Bliss Cushions for my furniture frames I already have?

We do not make custom cushions. Our Bliss Cushion's are available in a wide variety of sizes that may meet your needs! See the product page of our replacement cushions for dimensions.

Bliss Ultra Cushions

Are the Bliss Ultra Cushions leather?

No, our exclusive Bliss Ultra Cushions are nature inspired utilizing vegan leather built for enjoying everyday life outdoors.

Do the Bliss Ultra Cushions get hot?

The Bliss Ultra Cushions are designed to stay as cool as possible by allowing the core to vent out the bottom of the seat and back. While in direct sun they will be hot at first they will quickly adapt to your body temperature. The Lace color is unique because it is is solid white so it stays at the ambient temperature outside which is cooler than all other fabrics.

How do you clean the Bliss Ultra Cushions?

Regular cleaning is the best way to maintain the beauty of your Bliss Ultra Cushions. We recommend removing all loose dirt with a vacuum or leaf blower. Are Bliss Ultra Cushion covers machine washable?

We do not recommend machine washing your Bliss Ultra Cushion covers. Re-stuffing the cushion insides into the covers is complex, and we do not recommend removing them.

Will Bliss Ultra Cushions last in the elements?

Yes, when we created the Bliss Ultra cushions we eliminated the boundary between indoor and outdoor living by creating a soft-to-the-touch fabric that is waterproof and stain resistant. Bliss Ultra cushions advanced colorfast technology shields against sunlight, perspiration, chlorine, and saltwater and much more.

Can I get custom Bliss Ultra Cushions for my furniture frames I already have?

Yes, we do sell replacement cushions separately. The dimensions of each cushion can be found on the product page.

HDPE All-weather Wicker

Can your wicker be exposed to the elements?

Our synthetic wicker collections are built to last and endure the elements. The synthetic wicker resin contains extra UV inhibitors that hold up under intense sunshine daily and survive the most extreme temperatures - hot and cold. Its resilient nature withstands the harshest outdoor conditions and is resistant to spills, stains, and scratches from everyday use.

What is your wicker made of?

Our wicker is made of high-density polyethylene. The wicker is handwoven over a highly durable powder-coated aluminum frame. HDPE wicker is a superior choice to natural wicker that will withstand the test of time.

How do you clean wicker?

To clean your HDPE wicker, we recommend a mixture of mild detergent and water. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly. For further instructions, visit our care and maintenance page.

What does HDPE mean?

HDPE stands for high-density polyethylene. Our synthetic wicker is woven over a powder-coated aluminum frame. Unlike natural wicker, HDPE wicker does not have knots, splits, or bowing.

Yes, Bliss EcoLumber is UV-resistant, waterproof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. It is superior to wood and teak and will last in any element.

Does the Eco-Lumber get hot?

The Bliss Eco-Lumber is a maintenance-free wood alternative that is sustainably sourced from ocean-bound recycled materials, like water bottles. When in direct sun it will heat up and be warm to the touch but does stay cooler than many materials including steel, wrought iron, and cast aluminium.

Powder-Coated Aluminum

What is powder-coated aluminum?

Powder-coated aluminum is high-quality aluminum alloy furniture. It is lightweight and corrosion resistant making it perfect for outdoor furniture and superior to wrought iron.

Does Powder-Coated Aluminum last in the elements?

Yes, powder-coated aluminum is extremely durable. It will not rust or leave stains on your patio making it superior to wrought iron or steel patio furniture.

How do you clean aluminum furniture?

Maintaining aluminum metal frames can keep your furniture looking new for years.  You can do a few things to clean off the dirt and grime and bring back the beautiful finish of your outdoor furniture. If you use mild dish soap and water, most of the dirt will come off.  If you have some oxidation or hard water, mix a 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution, apply to the frames, and wipe off. After cleaning your furniture, we recommend treating your aluminum furniture with a Paddy O’ Furniture Protectant.

What is the warranty?

Our aluminum frames will withstand the harshest outdoor climates and come with a 15-year structural warranty and a 5-year finish warranty. For further warranty details, you can visit our warranties page.

Does Powder-Coated Aluminum get hot?

Yes, powder-coated aluminum does get hot in direct sunlight although it will stay cooler than other materials such as steel, wrought iron, and cast aluminium . In addition many of our aluminum collections utilize tubular aluminium which helps dissipate the heat faster.

Bliss Tables

What is a Bliss Table?

A Bliss Table is the fusion between the beauty of sintered stone and the durability of our rust-free aluminium tables. They have been tested and proven to exceed Paddy O' Furniture high standards. Bliss Tables stand up to the harshest climates and are resistant to scratches, stains, fading, and flame/heat. They are low maintenance and do not have any grout or require sealing.

What is the warranty?

The tabletop and frame, excluding the finish, have a 15-year warranty. Please visit our warranty page for further details about coverage.

What is the Bliss Table Top made of?

The Bliss Table Top is built with a sintered stone material on an sturdy aluminum sub-structure. Sintered stone is a low maintenance, carbon-neutral, ultra-compact surface inspired by the beauty of natural stone. It is a non porous surface created with a blend of more than 20 minerals compacted using heat and 25,000 tons of pressure. Like the conditions that make a diamond, this process produces the most beautiful, durable tables for your outdoor space. A Bliss Table is easy to maintain, has not gout lines, and does not require sealing.

Can I just purchase a table top and not a base?

Please contact one of your local showrooms or contact us online for information on purchasing a tabletop without a base. Not all bases are compatible with our table tops.

Bliss Fire Pit Tables

Are Bliss Fire Pit Tables propane operated?

Yes, all of our Bliss Fire Pit Tables are propane-operated. Some are compatible with natural gas, but a separate part must be purchased for the conversion. Please contact us online or call your nearest store for more information on getting a natural gas converter.

Are the Fire Pit Tables portable?

Because our fire pits take a propane tank, they are portable! You can move them around your patio as needed.

What if I have natural gas at my home?

Please contact us online or call your nearest showroom to determine if your fire pit table is compatible with natural gas. You will need a converter, which can be purchased for an additional charge. We are unable to provide natural gas hookup services; this will need to be done by a certified plumber.

What is the top made of on a Bliss Fire Pit Table?

The Bliss Fire Pit table top is built with Dekton. Dekton is a carbon-neutral ultra-compact porcelain surface inspired by natural stone. It is a nonporous surface created with a blend of more than 20 minerals compacted using heat and 25,000 tons of pressure. Like the conditions that make a diamond, this process produces the most beautiful, durable tables for your outdoor space. A Bliss Table will never require sealing.

What is the warranty on a Bliss fire Pit Table?

Bliss Fire Pit Tables, including the top and base, have a 15-year warranty. The powder-coated finish has a five-year warranty. For further warranty details, visit our warranties page.

Bodega Fire Pit Tables

Are Bodega Fire Pit Tables propane operated?

Yes, all of the Bodega offerings are propane-operated.

What are the Bodega Fire Pit Tables made of?

Paddy O’s Bodega Fire Pit Tables are powder-coated aluminum.

What size propane tank do I need?

The Bodega fire pit table requires a 20-lb horizontal propane tank. If you need to purchase a propane tank, please contact us online or call your local store. Please note that we are unable to fill them.

Will my delivery include a propane tank?

When purchasing a Bodega Fire Pit Table, a special 20-lb horizontal propane tank is included. However, we are unable to provide the propane, so the tank will come empty.

Market Umbrellas

Is the only size for a market umbrella 9’?

Yes, we only carry 9’ market umbrellas.

Do the market umbrellas come with protective covers?

Market umbrellas do not come with protective covers; they are sold separately. This cover fits our 9’ market umbrellas.

Can I use a market umbrella inside my pool?

We do not recommend using umbrellas inside your pool.

What is the warranty on market umbrellas?

Market umbrellas have a 2-year limited warranty. Refer to our warranty page for further details.

Cantilever Umbrellas

What sizes do cantilevers come in?

We sell 10’, 11’ & 13’ Cantilevers at Paddy O' Furniture.

Can I leave my cantilever umbrella open all the time?

We recommend closing your umbrella when it is not in use. If the wind picks up underneath it, it can cause damage.

Do the cantilever bases have wheels?

The Galtech Cantilever umbrellas have bases with built-in wheels. The Treasure Garden Cantilevers have a standard base without wheels; however, upgrading to a base with wheels is an option.

Rugs

What is the warranty?

All of our rugs come with a one-year warranty. Please refer to our warranty page for further details.

What are the cleaning instructions for your rugs?

To clean your indoor/outdoor rugs, use a spray bottle, combine 2% dish soap with 98% cold water, and mix well (do not shake). Using the spray bottle, apply the detergent and water solution to the entire top side of the rug. Let the solution sit for a few minutes, and then rinse using your garden hose until the water runs clear and your rug is clean. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or power washers on your rug, which may speed up the fading and affect its durability. For further instructions, you can visit our care and maintenance page.

Protective Covers

Do I need protective covers for my furniture if your products withstand the elements?

We recommend using protective covers when your patio furniture is not in use to extend the life of your furniture and maintain its beauty over time. Using protective covers will also help reduce care and maintenance.

What are the protective covers made of?

Treasure Garden makes our protective covers. The Treasure Garden Protective Furniture Covers are made with Rhinoweave, which is designed to be durable, breathable, and water-resistant and will not crack or peel like vinyl. Each cover has a spring cinch lock to secure it into place for a snug fit.

Is there a specific cover for each of my furniture pieces?

Our covers are designed to work with various outdoor furniture pieces. Each protective cover has corresponding dimensions to see if it would work for your furniture. If your furniture is from Paddy O’, we have corresponding cover recommendations for each piece. Please contact us if you need assistance finding protective covers for your furniture.

What is the warranty?

customer care FAQ's

Can I leave my cantilever umbrella open unattended?

No, all umbrellas should be closed and properly secured when unattended to prevent damage. Please note that damage caused by acts of nature is not covered under warranty.

How do I clean my cushions if they have turned a yellowish color?

Yellowing on cushions is usually caused by natural elements like dust, dirt, or pollen settling on the fabric. To clean them, head to the Care & Maintenance section and check out the guide titled “Cleaning Natural Elements Off Cushions,” which provides instructions for removing discoloration caused by these factors.

Is pet or pest damage covered under warranty?

No, pet and pest damage is not covered under warranty. 

Is there a service fee for in-home service appointments or exchanges?

Transportation is provided at no cost for the first year after purchase. Additionally, we offer free pickup from our warehouse or service center for your convenience.

My fire pit won’t stay on—what should I do?

If your fire pit won’t stay lit, check to ensure the gas supply is turned on and that the connections are secure. Clear any debris, or small pieces of fireglass from the wind guard. Additionally, hold the knob in for 30-60 seconds before releasing it. This allows the thermocouple to warm up. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Can the delivery team relocate or remove old furniture on the day of delivery?

No, our delivery team does not offer furniture removal or relocation services on the day of delivery.

How can I get adjustable foot glides or small replacement parts for my furniture?

Please contact our Customer Care department, and they will assist you in obtaining the necessary parts as quickly as possible. They can be reached at service@paddyo.com

Where can I get touch-up paint for scratches on my aluminum furniture?

Please contact our Customer Care department, and they will arrange to mail touch-up paint to your home or send it to your nearest showroom.

 Does Paddy O’ Furniture make custom cushions?

Paddy O’ Furniture does not make custom cushions. However, our Customer Care department can provide a reliable referral.

 Does Paddy O’ Furniture repair broken patio furniture?

Paddy O’ Furniture can repair certain items if the necessary parts are in stock or can be ordered. Please refer to your original warranty, as pricing may vary if your merchandise is no longer covered. Please contact our Customer Care department for additional information.

I purchased during the rediscover your bliss program, who do I reach out to for information on this?

Is pet or pest damage covered under warranty?

While we stand behind the quality of our products, our warranty doesn't include damage resulting from pest or pet activity.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

If your purchase was made on our website, you will be provided a lead time for the piece or pieces you purchased as you add them to your cart. You will also receive contact after an order is placed with an estimated ship date by a Paddy O’ team member within 48 hours of making an online purchase. If your purchase was made in-store, the Exterior Design Guide will have provided you with an estimated ship or delivery date.

How will my order ship?

For smaller accessories, your order may ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. For larger orders, your order will ship via a freight company.

Do you offer any white glove delivery service?

White glove delivery is an option when making a purchase at Paddy O’ Furniture. You can add this service through your local showroom when your order is placed or online when you make your purchase. White glove delivery includes fully assembling all the furniture and placing it in an area of your choosing.

Do you ship to all states?

We gladly ship to the lower 48 states on a regular basis and can quickly provide you with a freight quote in store. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, call for more details. White glove delivery is generally preferred especially for large, fragile, or expensive items like furniture due to the comprehensive nature of the service. It essentially offers a "hands-off" and "worry-free" experience for the customer. For customers that are fully capable and willing to spend their time unpacking, assembling, and placing of furniture on their own, a more economical curbside delivery is often available.

Do you ship to Mexico?

Yes, we offer shipping to many locations in Mexico. Please note that you will be responsible for all freight and duties associated with importing the product. Please call us for more details.

How do I get removed from your postal mailing list?
