Shipping & Delivery

There are Four options available to you depending on your order size and your location: White Glove Delivery, Curbside Delivery, Warehouse Pick-Up, or Standard Delivery.

Delivery Options

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available for customers who spend more than $2,000. White Glove Delivery includes delivery of furniture to the addresses’s backyard/patio, furniture setup and trash removal for residences with no more than one flight of stairs. Your white glove delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

Curbside Delivery
Free Curbside Shipping is available to customers who spend more than $2,000 and live in the lower 48 states. For orders under $2,000 your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Your order will be wrapped on a pallet and delivered curbside, not on a driveway or doorstep, to the delivery address. Service does not include setup or trash removal.

Warehouse Pick Up
You have the option to pick up your furniture from our Warehouse, located in Phoenix, Arizona. When our Shipping & Receiving Department contacts you to set up delivery of your furniture, please advise them that you would like to pick up your furniture from our Warehouse. When speaking with your representative, please let them know if you would like your items left in their boxes. Your representative will let you know when your furniture will be available for pick up. Please be aware that Paddy O’ Furniture cannot accept responsibility for damage to furniture or vehicles due to the loading and packing on non-delivered items. Paddy O’ Furniture will not provide tie-down service of any kind due to liability issues. You will need to bring your own tie downs, bungee cords and packing blankets to safely secure your purchase.

Standard Delivery  - UPS or FedEx
If your order is within the size and weight limits, your order can be shipped via standard package delivery using UPS or FedEx. Your delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

Non-Local Curbside Delivery Process
If you are not located in the state of Arizona, your purchase will be shipped to you via FedEx, UPS or common freight carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number for your order and an estimated date of delivery for your purchase. The carrier will either drop off at your doorstep or schedule a curbside delivery.

Delivery and Warehouse Pick-Up Process
Once your order has been received, it will be processed by our Online Orders Department. They will have someone from our Shipping & Receiving Department reach out to you by either telephone or email to confirm your order and set up delivery of your furniture.
