At Paddy O Furniture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture Attention to design details, materials, and construction is always at the forefront. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
*Customer responsible for delivery fee to return merchandise. Items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition. Refund will be issued upon return and after inspection.
Paddy O’ Furniture warrants, to the original purchaser only, that Paddy O’ Furniture products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under condition of normal household use, from the date of delivery of the furniture to you for the period specified below (“Warranty Period”). All warranty claims must be made through our Customer Care Department.
This warranty does not cover failures due to freight/shipping damage, misuse, abuse, negligence and improper maintenance, acts of nature (including wind damage), owner modification and commercial use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Paddy O’ Furniture will not be responsible for transport to and from the warranty service center after one year from the date of delivery. Paddy O’ Furniture will not warranty the same item for the same reason more than once.
The length of this limited warranty varies depending on the type of furniture selected and lasts for the stated Warranty Period, shown below. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Proof of purchase is required to obtain service.

If within 30 days of your purchase you find an identical item from a competitor for less than your purchase price, excluding delivery charges, service charges, close-out, bonus or any free offers, we’ll cheerfully refund the difference. Simply call or stop by one of our showroom locations with verification of the competitor’s lower price and, once confirmed, we will issue a refund.

If you find something you love, don’t wait! Place a deposit on the furniture to hold it in our Distribution Center. If, for any reason, you decide not to make a purchase, we will quickly refund your deposit.

In Store: Qualifying customers can receive 0% APR for up to 12 Months*. Financing applications available in-store.
*The Preferred Customer Account credit card is issued by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank, an Equal Housing Lender.
