If you find something you love, don’t wait! Place a deposit on the furniture to hold it in our Distribution Center. If, for any reason, you decide not to make a purchase, we will quickly refund your deposit.

PRICE GUARANTEE. Find it for less? We’ll match it!

If, within 30 days of delivery, you find an identical item from a competitor for less than your purchase price, excluding delivery charges, service charges, close-outs, bonuses, or any free offers, we’ll cheerfully refund the difference. Call or stop by one of our showroom locations with verification of the competitor’s lower price, and once confirmed, we will issue a refund.

WARRANTY. We design it. We sell it. We stand behind it.

​​​​​​​Paddy O' Furniture warrants to the original purchaser only, that Paddy O’ Furniture products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under the condition of normal household use, from the date of delivery of the furniture to you for the period specified below (“Warranty Period”). All warranty claims must be made through our Customer Care Department.

This warranty does not cover failures due to freight/shipping damage, misuse, abuse, negligence and improper maintenance, acts of nature (including wind damage), owner modification, or commercial use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Paddy O’ Furniture will not be responsible for transport to and from the warranty service center after one year from the delivery date. Paddy O’ Furniture will not warranty the same item for the same reason more than once.

The length of this limited warranty varies depending on the type of furniture selected and lasts for the stated Warranty Period, shown below. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the furniture. Proof of purchase is required to obtain service.

PLEASE NOTE: Warranties do not cover failures due to freight damage, abuse, neglect and improper maintenance, acts of nature (including wind damage) or owner modification.  Use of furniture in a pool is not recommended and voids all warranties.
